<description>I need an experienced attorney to help me with the 13 Bankruptcy in Oakland, CA. I need competent legal help to protect my home and the remaining equity they have not stolen yet.

My house went into foreclosure sale August 5 and I filed a chapter 13 Bankruptcy Aug. 4 which stopped the sale Aug. 5. Wells Fargo ignored my letters describing the predatory lending and would never discuss it with me, nor let me talk to their legal dept., nor help me at a Modification session where the loan modifiers just laughed and walked away.

I used to be an award-winning stained glass artist, until I got carpal tunnel injuries and a neck injury doing legal work, and those injuries are now being aggravated by all this computer usage re the bankruptcy and foreclosure computer work.

I am now an elder, 68. Wells Fargo (WORLD SAVINGS) turned a request for a $30,000 personal loan from me, a disabled single woman at the time, into a $185,000 loan that put two zero payment, low-interest federal block grant low-interest NO-PAYMENT loans into a big high interest loan. I did not know the broker closed these loan, did not approve it, did not sign for the closure of the loans, but he obviously looked at my equity, and the result was a huge $185,000 loan. The payment that was 3 times my income. (I rented my house and was homeless for 2 years to pay this and not lose my home, but that is another story. I am quite sure that the disability was affecting my thinking.) He also included a 2nd, and a HELOC. He had, now I know, looked at my equity and decided to cash it in. It was a set up for foreclosure that I didn&#039;t understand that until recently.

I need an experienced bankruptcy attorney to prove WORLD-WACHOVIA-WELLS FARGO has already sold my loan and don&#039;t own it, and it has already been paid for by the securitization.

And, I would like an experienced attorney to do an Adversary Proceeding in Bankruptcy, soon, based on the illegal &quot;asset based&quot; loan which was created in bad faith, since I told them I was on disability and had a very low income but I just needed a $30,000 loan.

He obviously checked and discovered I had lots of equity (because I did not indebt myself, knowing of my disability and low income,I didn&#039;t want to lose my home.) Now, because of that $30,000 loan I am in foreclosure.

I am now an elder - 68 - and Wells Fargo has refused to address or discuss this illegal predatory lending and decided to foreclose although I am still a disabled elder. (My payment was (3) three times my income.) Had I not been disabled...but I was disabled. I don’t know why I did not realize that what he was doing was illegal, since I never could afford any of the payments on the 3 loans he did in 4 years. I don’t know if elders get 3 times punitive damages in BK or not.

I have a forensic audit re the TILA, etc. violations (many of them).

Please call me if this case interests you.
